Imagine walking through the snow, and imagine the lights hung on lines overhead. Imagine the snow as we drag our feet through it and imagine us laughing. Imagine walking the white streets with hot coffee, and imagine the stars smiling as we stare. Imagine as our hearts sing a common song, and imagine us being together. Imagine, imagine your hand in mine. Imagine casual conversations and imagine the deepest conversations that take place in the silence. Imagine breaking the silence with a word that doesn't say it all. Imagine our belief and hope in each other filling the air. Imagine the air taking shape, and assuming colour. Imagine the colour drifting around and between us, and imagine us coming closer to shut the colour out. Imagine us. Imagine the amount I could love you.

And then imagine turning around just to see the snow behind me and a solitary pair of footsteps.
